Hi everyone, I’m Frank van Assem, pronounce as awesome, and I’m excited to be back at the PKM Summit 2025! Last year’s summit was a game-changer for me, fueling my journey into building a business around gamification. Over the past year, I’ve been deeply exploring how Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) can enhance creativity, structure complex ideas, and support long-term engagement—both for myself and in game design.

I’ve refined my workflows in tools like Obsidian and Notion, integrating gamification principles to make knowledge retention and actionability more engaging.

Now, I’m applying these insights to design gamified experiences that drive real-world impact. I’m here to exchange ideas, share what I’ve learned, and explore new ways PKM and gamification can shape the future of learning and productivity.
