Viviane Hammermüller is a musician, philosopher, pedagogue and lecturer for digital media in education at University of Music in Würzburg. During her studies, she discovered Obsidian as her tool for organising ideas outside of her brain, and has ever since then been fascinated by the mystery of Personal Knowledge and Information Management, what it is, how it works, and which fundamental principles lie behind it. In her final thesis, she investigated the role of PKIM practices in the life of teachers and preservice teachers, and developed a concept of Personal Knowledge and Information Management that systematically defines this field of human practice. Now, she is developing courses and researching on PKIM in teacher education.
